Política de privacidad de Blessme

Última actualización: 2026-10-10

English version below.

Viene activado.

Blessme Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-10

Blessme is an iPhone app that looks up a person's immigration court (EOIR) case and tells them when something changes. This policy says, in plain words, what the app stores, what leaves your phone, who receives it, and how to turn it off or erase it.

Who is responsible

CubaIT. For any question about your data, write to privacidad@digitaltiming.com.

What the app stores, and where

All of it lives only on your iPhone, in the system Keychain, which the phone itself protects and which does not travel to other devices with a backup. None of it is on any server of ours, because we have no servers. There are no accounts and no passwords: we do not know who you are.

Separately, outside the Keychain but also only on your iPhone, iOS's tips system (TipKit) records whether you have already seen the "Ayuda con tu caso" tip. It carries nothing about your case, and "Borrar todo" does not erase it.

What leaves your phone, and who receives it

1. The lookup at the court (EOIR)

To look up your case, the app opens the court's public website, acis.eoir.justice.gov, and fills in its form with your A-Number and your nationality, exactly as you would in a browser. That website and its anti-bot check (hCaptcha) receive the same thing they would receive from a browser, and they are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. The app sends your lookup nowhere else.

2. Technical failure reports (Sentry)

If the app crashes or the court lookup fails, it sends an anonymous technical report to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), an error-tracking service that stores its data in the United States. It exists only to fix the app. It carries exactly this:

It never carries: your name, your A-Number, any date from your case, the judge, the court, your nationality, addresses, screenshots, or your IP address (Sentry is configured not to store it). Sentry keeps these reports for 30 days.

3. Reports you write yourself

In Ajustes (Settings) → AYUDA → "Reportar un problema" (Report a problem) you can tell us what happened. It is sent only when you tap "Enviar" (Send), and only the text you typed leaves, together with the same technical fields as in point 2. Before it leaves the phone, any run of eight or more digits, joined or separated by spaces, dots or dashes — the shape of an A-Number — is replaced with "[número]". No name or email is asked for and no screenshot is attached: the report is anonymous, so we will not be able to reply. If there is no connection, it goes out as soon as one returns. Please do not write your name or your case number.

4. If you buy Blessme

Blessme is free for seven days and is then unlocked with a single payment. Apple processes that payment, with your Apple ID and inside the App Store: the app never sees your card, your name or any payment data. All the app knows is whether the purchase exists and when the trial started, and it keeps that on your phone. Nothing about your case travels with the purchase.

5. What stays on the phone

Notifications are generated by your own iPhone, not by a server, and by default they carry no detail of your case. The calendar event you can save is written to your calendar — your default one, or a local one on the phone; the app never picks a shared calendar for you. The widget reads what the app stored on the phone and connects to nothing.

How to turn failure reports off

Ajustes (Settings) → PRIVACIDAD → "Enviar informes de fallos" (Send failure reports). It is on by default. When off, no automatic report leaves the phone. "Reportar un problema" keeps working, because that one you send on purpose.

How to erase everything

Ajustes (Settings) → TUS DATOS → "Borrar todo de este teléfono" (Erase everything from this phone) deletes every case followed on the phone (yours and your family's: numbers, nationalities and stored court answers) and your settings, cancels the reminders and blanks the widget. Since we have no servers, there is nothing else to erase. Technical reports already sent cannot be linked to you, and Sentry deletes them after 30 days. Erasing everything returns the failure-reports switch to its initial value (on).

What there is not

No accounts, no sign-up. No analytics, no usage measurement. No advertising. We do not sell or share your data with anyone. We do not track you across apps or websites.

Children

Blessme is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
